S.A.S.S. Dip: Sausage, Artichokes, Spinach....and Some other ingredients.

Ingredients

1 Pound Neese’s Sausage

1 Pound of Frozen Spinach

1 Can Artichoke Hearts (14 oz)

1 Bag of Parmesan Cheese (8 oz)

2 Blocks Cream Cheese (16 oz)

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

Step One

Thaw frozen spinach.

Step Two

Cook and crumble the sausage.

Step Three

Drain excess liquid from sausage, spinach, and artichokes: remove the sausage from heat and pat away excess fat with paper towels; squeeze the liquid out of the thawed spinach; drain the can of artichoke hearts and squeeze excess liquid from them.

Step Four

Roughly chop artichoke hearts into smaller size for a more even distribution in dip.

Step Five

Over medium low heat, add all ingredients to a deep pan or a pot. Mix thoroughly as the dairy items melt.

Step Six

Once melted and combined thoroughly, remove from heat and serve with chips of choice. We use pita chips in the photo.
