A stir fry that won't make you cry

Ingredients

1 Pound Neese’s Hot Sausage

1 Pack Chow Mein Noodles (6 oz.)

1 White Onion

3 Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, and Green)

1 Head of Bok Choy

3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

1 Lime

Step One

Cut vegetables into matchstick sized pieces or to preference.

Step Two

Bring a pot of water to a boil for the noodles. Add a dash of salt for flavor. Once boiling add the noodles and strain once cooked.

Step Three

In a pan, toast the sesame seeds until brown.

Step Four

In the same pan, add the sausage, soy sauce, and sesame oil, cooking until the sausage is brown. Crumble the sausage in the pan.

Step Five

Once the sausage is cooked, add the vegetables to the pan. Cook until desired doneness.

Step Six

Serve stir fry over noodles. Add lime juice for flavor.
