Ingredients

2 Pounds Ground Beef (70/30)

1 Pound Neese Hot Sausage

4 Ounces Breadcrumbs

1 Cup Ketchup

1 Onion

1 Poblano Pepper

1 Beaten Egg

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire

Step One

Dice the onion and poblano pepper. Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step Two

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (the beef, sausage, beaten egg, ketchup, breadcrumbs, diced onion and pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce). Mix well.

Step Three

Move uncooked meatloaf into oven-safe pan. Apply a thin layer of ketchup on top of the meatloaf.

Step Four

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375°F.
