Delicious appetizer served in tart shells.

Ingredients

1 lb. Hot Neeseā€™s Sausage

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese

4 boxes Athens Miniature Phylo Tart Shells (15 per box)

4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese

Step One

Cook sausage in a frying pan and crumble into small pieces. Drain well.

Step Two

Place sausage and cream cheese in a bowl and mix well.

Step Three

Fill tart shells with about 1 tsp. of sausage and cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Step Four

Cook according to tart box directions.

Step Five

Serve immediately.
