Ingredients

1 Pound Neese’s Extra Sage Sausage

1 Bag (8 oz) of Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup of Biscuit Mix, or up to 3 cups as desired

1/2 Small Onion

1/2 Green Bell Pepper

2 Stalks of Celery

2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning

Step One

Dice the onion, pepper, and celery to desired size. A small dice is suggested.

Step Two

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Step Three

Shape into small balls and arrange on a baking sheet.
