Wonderful dip enhanced with the flavor of sausage.
Ingredients
1 lb. Neese’s Sausage (hot or mild)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Ro-tel Tomatoes and Chilies
Step One
Brown sausage, drain and crumble.
Step Two
Add cream cheese and Ro-tel.
Step Three
Heat and stir until cream cheese has melted and all ingredients are mixed well.
Step Four
Serve with tortilla chips.
